Most interesting: My speculation: your sympathomimetic (adrenaline) meds evoke sympathetic system fight or flight; when evacuation is bothersome. The parasympathetic system evokes pleasure, digestion, orgasm, and bowel and bladder evacuation. I believe that cause of ibs is commonly due to parasympathetic irritation. In your case the medications counteract parasympathetic irritation causal of ibs. Skateboarder?
