Unusual: Irritable bowel syndrome is a common disorder affecting your large intestine. It commonly causes cramping, abdominal pain, bloating gas, diarrhea and constipation, and can be controlled. Although the definition is as above, am not sure whether one can have this without colon symptoms. Would certainly be very very rare.
