Get evaluated.: You could have IBS, but you could have other causes of your symptoms such as inflammatory Bowel Disease, celiac disease, or Crohn's disease. You should get in to your physician or gastroenterologist and have a complete evaluation. Keep a diary of your symptoms and a food log as well - this may help in your evaluation.
