Stye: It is called a stye you can put warm wet compresses on it and it may burst and clear up, if not see your doctor as you may need antibiotics.Rarely you may need incisio and drainage.

Blocked oil gland: These are usually plugged oil glands that can become inflamed. They are called chalazions or hordeolums. They may be painful. Hot packing will help some of these resolve. It it persists, see you eye doctor as it may require antibiotics or other treatment.
