Can opthalmologist diagnose inflammation of eye like iritis/uveitis or mild inflammation after trauma just by looking at the eyes on a video call? without the aid of a slit lamp. is it possible?

This would depend on the quality of the video and your ability to hold still and get in focus. And the extent of the problem. And the experience of the dr. If it was my eye would like in person exam.

Not really, the magnification of a slit lamp would be insufficient to see WBC's in the anterior chamber with the clarity of a slit lamp.
