UTI: You are probably suffering from bladder or urinary tract infection which can be easily diagnosed with it office-based urine test and can be treated with oral antibiotics. In the meantime you drink plenty of water and cranberry juice.

Need attention: Not every bacteria responds to every antibiotic. And urge to urinate also is not only due to infection. Please see a doctor.
