Fine if asymptomatic: If you're not having symptoms and you're not pregnant, you don't have to take anything for it and just leave it as is. If you have bacteria, even with no symptoms and you're pregnant, only then you have to take something for it. So find out if you're pregnant or not, and if so, go to your obgyn to get it treated.

Get urine culture: Bacteria in the urine can come from the skin. It is best to get a culture and identify the bacteria. That is good to tell whether it is from skin or the urinary tract. That also tells the doctor which antibiotic would work best. On your own you can take cranberry extract or pyridium (phenazopyridine).
