Cracking joints: This is usually not a worrisome symptom as long is there is no pain. Sometimes tight muscles can contribute, so i'd make sure you are stretching regularly and exercising.

Conditioning: This sounds muscular and condiitoning can be helpful. This is a painful condition and this sounds like fibromyalgia with widespread chronic pain; tender muscular - myofascial pain sites, poor exercise, poor sleep and poor stresscontrol can be part of the picture. Improving muscle tone and exercise is a key as well as control of the other issues.
