Abdominal pain: If you are seeing blood with vomiting, you need to be evaluated by your gastroenterologist as soon as possible. You may have an ulcer or a tear in the lining of the stomach due to retching. Your constipation is also severe and needs evaluation. You may have irritable bowel syndromeibs with constipation or something more complex. There are new medications that are very effective so you should a doc.
