I've been having pain in the groin and i feel like something is moving in my stomach and pelvic area also have fertility problems can it be adhesions?

Yes: Yes. Other causes - lumbar facet syndrome, masses in pelvis or abdomen.

Adhesions: This could certainly cause the problem but other pelvic inflammatory conditions can also cause these symptoms. I would see a repro endo /ob gyn that specializes in these problems. Alternatively some general surgeons also help with adhesions if that is the problem.
