Thin endometrium: the thickness of the endometrium depends on what day of your menstrual cycle this measurement was taken. Mid cycle, the endometrial thickness should be increased reflecting appropriate levels of hormone secretion. If the endometrium does not get thicker through the cycle, it can mean that you are not producing enough estrogen and progesterone and can affect fertility,
