Unknown: As is true for most of the supplements sold over the counter, they are not regulated by the fda. They may or may not contain what is written on the label. There are no studies that demonstrate that they do what they claim to do, and there certainly are no studies to see if they can interact with medications taken for other problems. There are better ways to waste your money.
