I have accidentaly touched my mouth with a finger after i refueled my car. gasoline was on my tongue, a drop of it. do i risk anything?

NO: 1 drop of gasoline on your tongue should have no long term ill effects. Other than an original instantaneouosly "bad taste" you may have possibly experienced, 1 drop of gas should do no harm to you.

Wash: Just wash the contacted skin areas with soap and water, and rinse your mouth out with water and spit. Have no fear. A single drop of gasoline will cause no harm to either your skin or tongue. There is no risk of poisoning with that small of an amount.
