Behavioral Rx: Two effective behavioral treatments: exposure & response prevention (systematic exposure to objects/situations make u uncomfortable & training to resist performing a behavior that reduces the discomfort); & habit reversal (trains u become aware of when u're about to have a specific tic & to then perform a competing action). Excessive blinking: Can be Fromm anxiety or fatigue as you mention. It MAY also be from a condition that causes the eyelids to spasms which can be diagnosed and treated by your doc. Please see him/her. It is unlikely to be anything life threatening. If anxiety, a mental health professional can teach you some stress management. Peace and good health.

Tics: Please see a neurologist; your family doc can refer you. You MAY have a condition called Tourette's Syndrome. If so, you will be taught how to manage it. Please consider seeing a mental health pro like a clinical psychologist to help w/anxiety. Peace and good health.
