Depends on why: The answer depends on why you are infertile. If it is because your fallopian tubes are blocked, you can still get your period. If you have been told you are infertile, make sure you understand from your doctor why that is. There may be ways to help you become pregnant when you want to be.

You can: Some women with infertility ovulate and have regular periods, while others have an ovulation disorder giving them irregular cycles. If you're really 18 and not trying to conceive assume you're fertile and use birth control even if you're irregular. If trying to conceive for a year or your periods are very irregular, see a fertility specialist (rei) for help.
