If your anus: Is narrowed need to determine if it is just spasm, a stricture from prior surgery or something in the rectum such as tumor or hemorrhoids causing the narrowing and the bleeding. See a colorectal surgeon sooner rather than later. Any of the above is not normal and this may represent something serious that is easier to treat when detected early.
