Blood pooling: When you lay down the blood pools in the turbinates of the nose on the dependent side, causing nasal obstruction. You may also have a deviated septum or allergies contributing. See an ENT doctor if it disrupts your sleep.

What causes what feels like pressure inside the back head when doing laying down exercises? Like a headache. Supporting head with hands helps relieve some of the pressure. I do abs after my walks. Pressure goes away soon after I'm done. BP?
