Go see your doc: Before getting rid of fatty lumps at top of legs, we need to know what they are. Abscess (pus pocket)? Swollen lymph node? Cyst? Lipoma? Cellulite? Go see your doc for evaluation, diagnosis & treatment.

Could be irritation: Could also be sign of an infection known as folliculitis. You could try some medicated lotions like gold bond however, i always think it is best to have a professional look at it to determine if it is simply irritation, or an infection so that you may receive the proper treatment. I hope you do so and hope this helps.

Doctor removal: If you want any skin lesions removed, you should have a doctor do it. They need to first check it to make sure it doesn't need to be sent for biopsy.

Quinine: Quinine sulfate 325 mg has for decades been the holy grail for leg cramps. It is a derivative of tree bark, and has no negative side effects. Do to restructuring the us fda has taken this and many other effective meds off the market, tonic water has quinine, but not in sufficient concentration. Find a doctor who will rx Qualaquin which is 324 mg quinine sulfate. Take one at bedtime, only necessary.

Stop shaving, 4 now: Razor-bumps result from shaving/cutting the hair too short, thus causing the hair to get stuck under the skin causing the bumps. Basically these are trapped hair follicles. Use of some exfoliating skin lotion/cream may help the trapped hair to come through to surface and thus resolve the bumps. So, stop shaving too closely will reduce this. Laser/electrolysis is expensive, but no bumps! good luck.
