Don't self manage: Suicidal thought are usually a serious sign of depression. Don't try to manage these thoughts alone. You might even make them worse. See a psychiatrist or psychologist immediately. If you have a plan and the means to commit suicide, call 911 or your local tap line immediately!

See below: Find a psychotherapist where you can create a crisis plan for when feeling suicidal. Discuss what triggers your suicidal thoughts. Consider meds if there's a need. The national suicide prevention lifeline 1-800-273-talk (8255): you can also call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room if feelings of suicidality are hard to control.
