It's all relative: What you describe IS an URGENCY response compared to the routine session every 8 weeks or longer offered to many in my area. I agree that many people (like you) suffer from distress that requires massive prompt response. But the world has decided that they don't have the resources to provide such care. People deserve better - but it seems they need to demand it of society. I hope you find support.
