Normal: There is no need to change your dates if there is less than 1 week difference between you LMP dates and that 12 week ultrasound.

I had my period on April 9th. My periods are fairly irregular by a week or so. My ultrasounds measure two weeks behind my LMP due date. I've had one done at 5WKS (too small to tell), 6WKS5DYS, & 19WKS. They all gave me the same due date by except 2 days.
My first u/s, the baby was 12w 4d. Could my LMP have been implantation making baby 14 weeks instead and u/s tech not notice or question the size?
