Lmp- 1st oct.'12 for 3 days. 3rd u/s onwards done in 12th week, my lmp as per gestational age comes to be 27th sept.could i have conceived on 25th sep?

No: If i understand you correctly, your actual LMP (10/1) and your estimated LMP based on the measurements of the fetus during ultrasound (9/27) are very consistent. You could not have conceived on 9/25. It would have happened about two and a half weeks later.
