No.: Your due date was established on your original ultrasound at 14 weeks with great accuracy (+/-7 days). If the fetal growth is poor using that due date, you need to see a maternal-fetal medicine specialist asap to help you figure out why and what (if anything) can be done (genetic, placental, infectious etiologies among others). Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily, avoid all exercise and best of luck!
