Let me explain: Is it -4.0 if that is the case it is very low. Treatment: lifestyle modifications consuming adequate calcium and vitamin d.(ca 2500 mg daily, 50, 000.00 unit per week).Blood test have to be done to monter the condition. Performing weight-bearing exercise— other medication(estradiol, or calcitonin...) good luck.

Not much: Calcium is only 1 mineral in our bones, and we need mg, boron, silica, vanadium etc plus d3 & k2 plus several hormones to make bones grow.
