My mom has trouble ingesting calcium and has osteoporosis- is there injectible forms of calcium or boniva (ibandronate)?

Dairy/yes: If you mean she can't take calcium pills, have her increase her dairy intake to 4 servings daily, perferably at mealtime. There are several injectable osteoporosis options, such as Reclast (zoledronic acid) (iv bisphosphonate, take once a year), forteo, and denosumab.

Dairy products: Dairy products are a good source of calcium. There is no injectable form of calcium that is useful in outpatients.
