Insomnia: Look up healthy sleep habits online. Create a consistent wake time and avoid naps. Go to bed only when you are tired. If you can't fall asleep within 20 mins, get out of bed until you're tired again. Avoid substances that impact sleep, like alcohol, drugs. Consult w/ psychological services at school, they can help you cope with the anxiety/stress that is impacting your sleep.
