Teeth: Get thee to a dentist. Front teeth very dear and a terrible loss. Problems range from decay to bone pathology jaw, infection, etc. Includes sinus infections of maxillaries. Had one case that went into bone causing osteomyelitist. Are the teeth loose?

See a doctor: Pain can be due to a variety of reasons. Dental caries or periodontal disease are the most common culprits. Swelling is a little more concerning, especially if its something you can notice by looking in the mirror (swollen face), or if its in the bottom jaw/neck region. If you are getting swollen, you need to see someone right away for an exam to identify the source and provide possible options.
