Anxiety.: If it happens with any kind of medicine you have anxiety related to taking medications. The chemicals in medications including fillers and preservatives do not show that degree of overlap.

Psychosomatic: Sorry, but this is likely your mind torturing you, as would be very short life if you had allergy to every medicine. Should discuss with your dr for referral for cognitive-behavioral therapy if problematic.
