Dequervains: Surgery is typically open. It may be available somewhere i'm just not aware of it. The nerves are very close to the site of the problem and could be damaged with and arthro/endoscopic approach. Open surgery is relatively easy through a small incision and most people are unrestricted in a few weeks from surgery.
