Hello is it safe to take Tylenol(aleeve) 4 times a day for 10 days for reducing swelling from De Quervain's tendonitis? Will it cause hair loss?

Tylenol: First of all, Tylenol is not the same as Aleeve. Tylenol is acetaminophen and Aleeve is Naproxen. For Tylenol, it's important to not exceed a total daily dose of 3 grams. That would be a total of 6 extra strength (500 mg) Tylenol tablets in 24 hours or 9 regular strength (325mg) tablets over 24 hours.
