What else can i give my 11 month old, 24 pound grandson for snotty nose. has been on zyrtec (cetirizine) 1/2 tsp. daily, but only holds him for 2-3 hours.

Nasal Problem: Call his pediatrician... Perhaps he needs to be examined if the problem has persisted or he has fever. Some situations call for an antibiotic or prescription nasal sprays.
