Hi my boyfriend passes out sometimes he got a mri scan and egg scan all came up fine. the doctor said it all in his head but i don't think?

More info: Passing out is rarely neurologic. If happens when he stands gets dizzy and then passes out is possibly from poor hydration and low blood pressre. Vasovagal event is associated with nausea. Rare other cardiac arrhythmias in youger person could cause fainting as well. I suggest to see a cardiologist.

Vasovagal syncope: I suspect he has the fainting reflex called vasovagal syncope more salt and fluid are advised.
