Appetite Suppression: If you are of normal weight, you might choose whatever time of day works best for you, based on how energized or fatigued it makes you feel. But if you are trying to lose weight, you can use your workout as a way to raise your body's own adrenaline and corticosteroids to suppress your appetite at a time you would otherwise be tempted to snack--like late afternoon or evening.
