Hematoma: This could be a traumatic hematoma or area of tissue necrosis that may have become encapsulated or possibly even infected. It may be best to see a physician to have this imaged and/or drained or evacuated.

Probable hematoma: This is often a sub cutaneous hematoma that should be drained to prevent a long term deformity.
