Still possible: Although, we know that as women age it's harder for them to get pregnant, nonetheless things happen. I have a patient who conceived at the age of 50, so your partner has legit reasons to worry. If she's never had kids before, though, her chances are very slim, probably equal to 0, but .... -- hey, the bible tells us that 50 is not the limit, so listen to her!

Slim chance: Chances are very slim but cannot be 100 % sure without a pregnancy test if she misses her period. I would not lose any sleep over it.
