Yes: 'infertility' is defined as a couple that has unprotected intercourse without conception for one year.Common female fertility factors in order are: 1) ovulatory problems, 2) tubal dmage, 3) other anatomic problems, 4) peritoneal disease. An male factor can be present in about 40% of cases.
