Decongest sinuses: Sinus pain often results from sinus openings being swollen shut by inflammation; decongestants (not antihistamines) can shrink those swollen membranes to allow sinuses to drain. If you tolerate nsaids (aleve/motrin/etc not tylenol) they can also help relieve inflammation. Irrigating the nasal passages with salt water/saline drops/spray can also help. Caution: neti-pots; only boiled/distilled h2o.

Breathe steam: Brew a cup of tea, park your nose over your cup, and snort up the steam. Agree with dr ml. Also prescription nasal steroid spray may help. Hope you feel better.

Nasal irrigation: Nasal irrigation is safe and effective. 1/4 - 1/2 tsp pure sodium chloride (no additives) and 1/4 - 1/2 tsp baking soda (not baking powder) to 8 oz of body temperature distilled/previously boiled water, the solution is compatible with your nasal passages. Can use bulb or neti-pot or generic nasal irrigation kit to flush out nasal passages. Nasal sprays can work better if done 1 hr after irrigation.
