I'd get checked: You sure the infection's gone? Is the underlying reason for the infection still there? Examples: allergy, structural issue (polyp, deviated septum), rhinitis? Get examined. Likely could use a CT of sinuses, which includes the nose. An allergist treats allergy & asthma. Rhinoscopy also helpful.
