Sinusitis: You might try sinus rinses with a netti-pot, use of a decongestant such as pseudoephedrine, or otc afrin nasal spray. Sometimes nasal steroids help. If all else fails see an ENT doctor.

Sinus infection?: If you've a medically diagnosed sinus infection, make sure you are taking the antibiotics, decongestants and anti-inflammatories that you may have been prescribed. Saline spray or irrigations can be very helpful to thin mucus and clear secretions. You may find a pain reliever like Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) helpful for pain relief.
