Sharp pain in spine below bra strap. pain in left jaw and ear. started about the same time. could these be related? if so, what causes this?

Doubt relationship: Unfortunately, given the information provided, it's hard to arrive to a particular diagnosis. Although, the pain may be related, if i just knew more about that, given the different anatomical locations it's in and the absence of connection between them, i doubt there is a relationship, but again i may be totally missing the point.
