Likely nothing: At 38 weeks of pregnancy your lower spine and pelvis has developed a curvature to accommodate the weight of the baby. It's called lordosis of pregnancy. I suspect your hips and gluteus muscles (buttocks) are somewhat sore from the extra work. Rest and hydrate, likely by tomorrow should feel a little better
