Pregnant?: A good home pregnancy test kit can detect a pregnancy at about the time of the first missed period. I would wait a few days and try it again. Even if it is negative, and you don't resume your normal periods with the next expected cycle, you might want to make an appointment with your gynecologist to have a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of your dysmenorrhea.
