Last mens was feb 17-21. bled again on march 1. had transvaginal ultrasound march 2 and 4 they said results are ok. pregnancy test on march 3 is negative. have mature follicle on march 4. still no period now (day 33), with pms symptoms. whats wrong?

Irregular timing: of ovulation, is most likely reason, delayed or absent ovulation will cause you to be late. Of course even late ovulation can achieve a pregnancy if intercourse occurred at at time close to ovulation. See your doctor for testing and treatment, to correct ovulation issues. Polycystic ovarian syndrome/insulin resistance is likely the cause.
