Relax: Most women miss a period now and then for no apparent reason. This is most often due to an anovulatory cycle which are particularly common in young women. Home pregnancy tests are very reliable, and if you have more than one negative, then you probably are not pregnant. If you go 3 months without a period, you should probably seek medical attention.
