Consider stopping: See a gynecologist for advice as you may be better of with stopping long term. If you need this maybe a low dose may be helpful.

I would say keep : Going. The risk from estrogen alone, without progesterone, is roughly 7/10000 per year that wouldn't otherwise occur. Transdermal may be even safer. Meanwhile it helps protect bone mass and your sanity. People get concerned because of data on oral combined hormones, risk is 43/10000 per year. I would stay on it unless strongly recommended otherwise, u r still symptomatic, risks r low. Gd luck.
