Recheck promptly!: Testosterone 390 ng/dl (are you absolutely sure of units?) is extremely high for a female. Please have it checked again sooner not later; if still elevated you need prompt evaluation of the pelvis with imaging studies. With no hairiness (hirsutism) and regular periods I am suspicious the test is either in error or there's a confusion with units.
