See a doctor: The conjunctivitis may be viral (no specific) treatment, bacterial (requires antibiotic drops/ointment) or due to an injury. Any of those should be evaluated by a doctor.

See an Eye MD: Conjunctivitis can be caused by many things. Your eye md can make a definitive diagnosis and recommend proper treatment. Don't use visine.
