You can get a STD: If your boyfriend cheated on you with someone who has a sexually transmitted disease, then you can contract that from him. A std is different from a uti. See your doctor and get tested for the common STDs which include chylamydia and gonorrhea. Also be sure to be tested for hiv.

Not UTI possible STD: Highly unlikely to get auti, but std is a possibility. Suggest you see your primary health care provider or gyn dr. For vaginal swab and pap test . Then suggest you tell cheating (?Now ex) boyfriend also to get checked out.

Very unlikely: Unlikely to give u a uti, but could pass on a std (sexually transmitted disease such as chlamydia, herpes etc. Another good reason to use condoms. Women can get urinary infections as a result of sexual activity because germs can be 'milked' up the urinary passage. Hence we recommend women to empty their bladders after sex because this greatly reduces risk of a uti.
