My friend bit me in my left hand in the area slightly below my fingers in the back of my hand . that was a year ago and since then i had this numb feeling in that area . i went to a doctar couple times and he gave medication but it didnt help me ?

You should see a neurologist to determine if this will resolve or not. It can typically take a year or longer for peripheral nerves to regenerate but it depends on the situation and exactly the area involved whether there is going to be continued healing. So, see a neurologist for evaluation. Good luck!
