Headaches can be : Difficult;are thet debilitating? Associated with nausea or vision changes? Is this new? A couple of thoughts: one is insomnia and sleep related bruxism, grinding teeth at night. Another is sinuses, try a nasal steroid if an issue. Get eyes checked. Some may suggest a ct if new onset or other neuro problems. Though indicated for migraines, if no solution topirimate 50 mg at night mat help.Gdluc.
